4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, concepts, materials, and creative work produced by EventWave Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. This includes event designs, planning documents, presentations, and proprietary methodologies.

Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their specific event purposes but do not acquire ownership of our creative processes or design systems. Reproduction or distribution of our materials without written permission is prohibited.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Event bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and signed service agreement. Availability is subject to our scheduling capacity and cannot be guaranteed until formally confirmed.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the service package and timing. Specific cancellation policies will be detailed in your individual service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and timing of cancellation.

Changes to event dates, scope, or specifications may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. All modifications must be requested in writing and confirmed by our team.

6. Limitation of Liability

While EventWave Studio strives for excellence in all aspects of event production, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue issues, vendor failures, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service delivery.

Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. EventWave Studio maintains professional liability insurance for our operations.

7. Third-Party Vendors

EventWave Studio may engage third-party vendors and suppliers to fulfill various aspects of event production. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for the independent actions or failures of third-party service providers.

Contracts with third-party vendors are typically managed by EventWave Studio on behalf of clients, but ultimate responsibility for vendor performance rests with those individual suppliers.

In the event of any dispute arising from our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, mediation will be pursued before considering legal action.
